We use this information to review your request and contact you about next steps. Submitting an inquiry does not sign an agreement or authorize payment. Our hosting and form providers process submissions, which may be retained in the form dashboard and business correspondence. Contact support@wrenchforward.com about access or deletion; ongoing work and legal recordkeeping may require retention.

When you submit our contact form, we receive the information you provide, including your name, email, business details, and message. We use it to respond to you and discuss potential services.

Service providers

Our website hosting and form providers process information needed to deliver the website and route inquiries. Form submissions may be retained in the form provider’s dashboard and our business correspondence.

Resource downloads

Some free resources require a name and email address before download. We record which resource was requested so we can provide access and understand which tools are useful. Downloading a resource does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Marketing messages are only sent when you separately choose the optional marketing opt-in.

Purchases

If paid resources are offered, checkout will identify the payment provider and its terms before you purchase. Do not send payment card details through the contact form.
